Tackle Football Equipment Distribution TBD

 

TIME SCHEDULE                                           
Distribution arrival times are set by grade, please be sure to attend during your assigned time! 

• 9:00 AM             8th Grade
• 9:30 AM             7th Grade
• 10:00 AM             6th Grade
• 10:30 AM             5th Grade
• 11:00 PM             4th Grade
• 11:30 PM             3rd Grade

PLEASE make every effort to attend the equipment pickup when the date is announced.

In order for you to receive your equipment, please note that YOU MUST:

• Be Present:  To ensure equipment is fitted properly and the for the safety of our players, equipment will not be distributed unless the player is present.
• Be registered:  Completed all registration forms online.
• Be paid up:  Registration fees must have been paid in full.
• Bring the following with you:
  • Medical Form & Doctor Certification Form - (only the WYF Medical Form will be accepted)
  • Parental Consent and Waiver of Liability Form

  • WYF Emergency Information Form (Optional for Flag and Tackle/Required for Cheer)

  • An equipment deposit check in the amount of $400, payable to "WYF", and DATED 12/1/22
